Supporting you through the process of transitioning from where you are, to where you’re wanting to be.

It is easy to know what we want, but a different thing when it comes to successfully implementing deep rooted changes into our lives.

I help you gain clarity on where you are and compare it to where you are wanting to be, and then guide you through the process of achieving your goals in the most resistance free form possible. All change comes with resistance, but when we understand what the resistance means and how to use it to our benefit, change becomes effortless and enjoyable.

I largely focus my coaching around mindset shifting,  diminishing our limiting beliefs, and learning the art behind setting intentions and finding a balance between effort and ease. 

I also teach the importance of Primary Food and Secondary Foods ( how we feed ourselves on and off our plates).

I help you bridge the gap between where you currently see yourself, and where you’re wanting to be.

 In order to make deep rooted changes, it takes some deep rooted motivation, perseverance, and grounding. All of which I will help you cultivate and strengthen as our time together grows and you grow with it. 

If you know you are ready for change, but aren’t sure if you have that pinpointed, focused motivation yet, no worries. The awareness and intention is the first step. I will help you get there if that is truly where you are wanting to go. 

I do not push or force you to do anything. Rather,  I gently nudge the walls we tend to build up, then encourage and teach you how to tune to your inner being, listen closely, and help you regain the trust with your intuition. Allowing you to follow your own unique path and break through any walls that might be in your way. 

The one that leads you to exactly what you’re looking for. Only you know what that is. But I’ll help you get there.

I support you through  any rocky times where you might feel off balance while changes are taking place, and keep you focused on your goals; giving you the tools to calm your mind when it pushes back.

 

This is no bunny hill.  This is a transformation about building incredible strength within yourself and deeply learning the inner workings of your mind, body, and soul. 

It is a ride and experience unlike anything else. Pushing through layers of fear, worry, and doubt, to meet feelings and have experiences of deep joy, love, and connection you’ve yet to come across.

What You Receive 

A 3 or 6-month Program 

Weekly or Monthly 1- hour long Soul Chats with me.  ( remotely via audio or video chat )

Our first chat will be all about getting to know each other and where you are at in your journey.

From here I talk with you about Primary and Secondary food, and we create a road map for you. Getting clear on where you currently are, and where you are wanting to be in the areas of Food, Relationships, Career, Movement and any other areas that may be off balance. 

The following chats will be working on bridging the gap between where you are and were you want to be. 

I’ll be in touch between soul chats with motivational words or inspiration if that is something you want and I feel the information will be helpful for you.  

You will be given resources and practical tactics you can apply to your daily life to work you to achieving the goals you desire.

I am a 200HR Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga Teacher through Authentic Movements focusing on strength, alignment, and the power behind breath and body awareness. Such as deep breathing, meditation, and explaining the bodies need for movement and energy release. I incorporate these practices into my coaching as they are incredibly transformative and help us through these sticky times of transition.
