Now that I am back in cold California . . . . I’m cold. Its winter, and its freezing. Yes literally. And I don’t even get snow with all this coldness I am putting up with.
But there’s Golden Mylk. So maybe the universe does like me a little.
This stuff is heaven on days that give me frost bite and a seriously red little nose.
It warms you from the inside out.

Use whichever plant based mylk you want. I rotate between Almond, Coconut, Oat and Cashew.
Coconut and Cashew give it that even richer deeper taste.
1 cup plant based mylk
1-2 tsp maple syrup
2 tsp coconut oil
1/4 tsp Cinnnaom
1/4 tsp Turmeric
1/8 tsp Ginger
1/16 tsp Cardamom
add a pinch of black pepper ( to absorb turmeric benefits)
heat mylk and sweetener on stove.
Whisk in spices
yeah its kinda easy.
