Smoothie Bowl with Homemade Granola

Lets start with granola shall we.

Easy way to get that little handful of grains, nuts, and seeds in the morning while keeping your meal cold. Oatmeal is good and all in the morning, but if its summer . . . I’m going with a sprinkle of granola on some awesome fruit. Maybe even in winter too . . . that’s what fireplaces are for right!

I buy grains, nuts, and seeds from the bulk section of the store. And mason jars . . . I think most of us have switched to these now. Way to go guys!

OATS – COCONUT OIL – PUMPKIN SEEDS – SESAME SEEDS – SUNFLOWER SEEDS – BUCKWHEAT

wishing I had added cinnamon and almond extract.
Don’t forget to actually look at your food this close. It really is this pretty!
I almost burned it . . . But it turned out awesome.
350 F – 10 minutes – stir half way through

Alright we’ve got . . .

MANGO – BANANA – WILD BERRIES – CHIA SEEDS – ORANGE JUICE –
MACA POWDER – ASHWAGANDHA POWDER – MUSHROOM BLEND – BARLEY GRASS JUICE POWDER

add as much of each item as you want. keep your fruit frozen.

Tada!

extra banana on top sprinkled with coconut sugar.
